These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jj55p governing your access to and use of the jj55p platform, including all gaming products, account services, and payment facilities. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jj55p Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether in the same name or under different names or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj55p login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. jj55p will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.4 jj55p reserves the right to close or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or platform security concerns.

5.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from jj55p Accounts are denominated in PKR. jj55p does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability and individual method limits.
5.2 jj55p does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside jj55p's control. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit your jj55p Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the sending institution.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that the Player has previously used to make a deposit, subject to method availability. jj55p applies this policy as an anti-money laundering control. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, alternative arrangements must be confirmed with the jj55p compliance team.
5.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jj55p may request any or all of the following documentation before processing a withdrawal:

6.2 Unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jj55p promotions:

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, with jj55p reserving all rights to void bets, withhold balances, and pursue further action as appropriate:

13.1 You may close your jj55p Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any verified balance in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned via your last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification.
